My Brothers,

I Sincerely hope that everyone had a safe and enjoyable summer and that you are ready to set forth this coming season with the same enthusiasm that i, along with my officers are feeling.

First off, let me apologize on being late with the Fall/Winter Trestle Board.  Sue to the weather and several issue with the Town of Simsbury, our new building was set back approximately six weeks.  not Knowing the exact date that our new lodge building would be available, made it extremely difficult to plan agenda.  As of this date, we are expecting to take occupancy the first part of November.  At this time, I would like thank RWB William Bohman and the Board of Directors.  They have spent countless hours over the summer with the architect and builder, bringing our new lodge to life.  With this new life, in January, we will be raising three new members to the sublime degree of a Master Mason.  With this in mind, we must now work to bring notice to our organization as well as to our building.  Let's all do our part to let people of Simsbury know that Valley Lodge #36 is alive, well and willing to be involved in the community.

The Grand Lodge website is still up and running and is forwarding the names of prospective members.  I suggest that all members taken the opportunity to check this site and see what it has to offer.  In regards to websites, I would like to encourage all members of Valley Lodge to submit there current email addresses to either myself or the lodge secretary.  in this fasion, we will be able to communicate with members in a timely manor.

In closing I would like to thank all my Officers and member for their support and understanding during the past year.
